Overall Club Sponsor

Complete Sponsor’s Package

The package may be customised to suit the requirements of the Sponsor, resulting in a greater or lesser expense, depending on the composition of the final package. It is hoped that other benefits will be added over time to enhance the value of this category of sponsor. The normal period of sponsorship will be from July 1st to June 30th in the following calendar year, although it is customary for the annual cost of sponsorship to be undertaken and committed for a period of 3 – 5 years.

1. Sponsor’s logo and/or name on shirt fronts of both 1st XI’s, as well as post-match casual wear.
   
   

2. Sponsor’s logo and/or name in CHC banner advertisement in the Essex Chronicle (for the seven months covering the season).
   
   

3. Three prime sites for pitch-side hoardings(centre-line and nearside of both goals) for the period of sponsorship.
   
   

4. Full page advertisement in Club Newsletter.
   
   

5. Sponsor’s logo and/or name in the ‘Sponsorship’ section of CHC Web site, with a hyper -link to the Sponsor’s own website, if required.
   
   

6. Continual mention of the Club Sponsor’s name in all press releases to the local, regional and national media*.
   
   

7. A full page advertisement on the inside cover of the Club Fixture Card.
   
   

8. A full page, prime location advertisement in every EHL match day programme played at Chelmer Park.
   
   

9. An advertisement board within the Clubhouse.
   
   

10. A dedicated Sponsor’s Day on one of the EHL match days for both Ladies and Men, complete with the provision of a buffet lunch before and high tea to follow the match.
